SMW Cape Speed Visual Test

Tool to practice cape speed recognition for Super Mario World speedruns because my friend is so bad like extremely bad at recognizing cape speeds and I had to do something

Idk if I'm updating this in the future but if I do some stuff I would like to implement would be a better UI, timer showing how much it took you to guess right, percentage of success, etc, but idk.
